“Have been here for close to 2 years or so, therapist kept changing and leaving, I’m okay with that as they are all very nice. But what I’ve noticed is that the new therapists would eventually look more unhappy / unfriendly / moody over time. Not sure what’s going on with the management, but please treat your staff as human beings. I even overheard one of them telling the other staff there’s no time to eat and she hasn’t eaten anything at all (it was 5pm at that point of time). Not sure if I will continue after my package ends, just feel like the service has been very rushed and staff from happy few months ago now become black face :(”
