“I inquired about their laser hair removal. The woman lied to me and said after completing all treatment, maintenance sessions are required every month. When I said this isn’t true, she lied and said “for 1-2 years”. Ladies, I’ve had diode laser hair removal - the above is an outright lie. Fake information for upselling is not good.”

“I was introduced to this establishment for hair removal by my hubby and signed a 2 years unlimited package. Fast forward two years to today, i have achieved what i wished for! The beautician is very patient, friendly and professional. Trust her and you’ll be in good hands. Definitely happy with the outcome and it has positive permenant effect. No need to deal with razors or wax anymore! Location wise, it is located within CBD in a cozy little unit. Side note, i’ve been to a popular japanese chain hair removal establishment. Getting an appointment date/time is a nightmare…. It won’t happen here at best beauty. They will try their best to accomodate my schedule, which i greatly appreciate!”
