“Used to be my go to place for eyebrow threading. I came in Dec and was served by a different staff from usual. The thread kept breaking so I already had a bad feeling and when I got home, there were micro cuts on my eyelid. Decided to give them another try and was served by the same lady who very kindly left me with a HOLE in my eyebrow. When I brought it up she insisted it was not caused by her, let alone apologize for her mistake. I'm giving 2 stars because i would give my usual lady (with specs) 5 stars - her threading is always painless and on point. But unfortunately I will never return thanks to the other staff (long straight hair)”
