I had my hair cut and coloured by Kenny yesterday, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Every visit reminds me why it's worth travelling the extra distance. “I visited this salon once a few years ago. I was staying nearby and was in a rush to get a haircut because another salon had damaged my hair. A male stylist initially told me they could help fix it. However, once I sat down, a female stylist said I did not have an appointment and that she could not cut my hair. I asked if I could wait and be helped if there was an opening or a no-show. She did not respond and walked away. She later returned and, this time in a louder voice, repeated that she could not take walk-in customers, that she only served appointments, and that she did not know if there would be any availability. As there were other customers in the shop, I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave immediately. I pass by this place almost every day, and I still remember that interaction clearly. Years later, I am writing this review simply to put that experience where it belongs.”
