“Long-time customer of nearly ten years, but unfortunately this will be my last visit due to poor communication from front desk management. ​After my appointment, I left my vehicle in their parking area—as I have routinely done before—to grab lunch nearby. While having our meal, we received a call asking to move the car under short notice or face wheel clamping. While the staff initially acknowledged our lunch plan, a follow-up call immediately demanded the vehicle be moved within five minutes, forcing us to abandon our meal. ​The front desk later claimed an uncommunicated 15-minute time limit applied and placed the fault entirely on us for not clarifying our schedule, changing expectations without prior notice. For an $80 haircut establishment, customer service and parking communication should be handled far more professionally.”
