“Recently went to have a keratin treatment. Ken is very knowledgeable about hair and advised me on keratin vs. soft bonding and which is better for my hair depending on what effect I wanted. My hair is coarse, curly, dry, and frizzy. The keratin product Ken uses is very gentle and organic, but does the job well! Ken also cut the damage out of my hair, but kept the length, so it is now very healthy. Last, he recommended how to do aftercare and emphasized expensive products are not necessary. Thank you, Ken! “Ken is very knowledgeable about his craft. A true professional. He actually told me that I do not have hair fall issue cos my scalp is clean, instead he assessed that it it the overuse of clarifying anti-hairloss shampoo that I have used that caused my hair to be brittle and break easily. He told me conditioner is important and he also suggested olive oil for hair to keep the moisture in. He didn't actually recommend any specific product and said as long as it's moisturising and "hair repaor" instead of "clarifying" will do. He also checked in on me to ask how has it been since I switched shampoo. Additional tip - he taught me how to blow my hair so it will not curl in all sorts of directions.”
