“I was assigned a younger stylist. I came in with a clear idea of what I wanted, but ended up with something quite different, and throughout the cut I wasn't confident my request had been understood. There was also one part of the cut that looked like a clear mistake. When I raised it, I was simply told it looked better that way. That may be their view, but it's a change that should have been discussed with me first, not decided unilaterally. There's a certain confidence in their own style, which I can appreciate. But it left the impression that the customer's input was treated as secondary to the stylist's own preference. A bit more listening, and a bit less assuming, would have made the difference.”

“Just needed a wash and style because I have a wedding to attend the next morning and I landed and my luggage with all my items to wash and style my hair were lost. there were plenty of stylist sitting around and this listing says the shop closing at 10p. this is completely false they said they were closing soon before it was even 8p and were very rude. Do not come. Or update your hours.”
