“Honestly, I’m really regretting choosing this salon for my hair treatment. 😔 I came because my hair is very damaged and I wanted to do a proper treatment. I do have a budget, and I was actually considering the $200 treatment that the stylist recommended, but since this was my first time at the salon, I decided to try the $98 treatment first. I didn’t want to spend $200+ without knowing whether the treatment would really work for my hair. But honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the result. It felt more like just a normal wash and blow-dry, and I really don’t see much difference in my hair before and after the treatment. I’m not expecting a 100% “wow” result, but at least I expected around 50% improvement for the money I paid. When I asked about the result, I was told that the treatment is not rebonding, but I understand that. I’m not expecting straight hair or a completely different shape. I just wanted my damaged hair to look and feel noticeably better. Before starting, I was also repeatedly told that I should use this and that product, even though I had already mentioned that I’m already using hair products. I came to the salon because what I’m doing at home isn’t enough, so I was hoping the professional treatment would make some difference. I’m really quite upset because I spent my time and money, but I honestly don’t feel that I received the result I expected from a hair treatment.”
