“Very rude staff, impatient in explaining the services and treatment details. When enquire only about hair spa, the staff keeps pushing to do treatment. I saw the advertisement about trial session outside, and asked about it. She say cannot do now, only can by appointment. I asked when I can make appt, staff didnt explain and just take down my number and ask me to wait for whatsapp message. Until now, I didnt receive any call or message, is jean yip providing this kind of service standard? Please educate the staff on how to provide better customer service.”
