“I usually receive good service from this salon but today’s visit is very disappointing. I asked the hair stylist Eric to trim my fringe shorter and keep the length between my brows and eyes. He made the first cut and right away I could tell it was way too short. He did check with me whether I was ok with the length right after the first cut. But what can he possibly do to fix the already cut hair? I wanted the length to be between my brows and eyes not above my brows. He was really rude after I confronted him when the hair cut is over. And did not acknowledge the error and simply just walked away. If you want to try out this salon, maybe just avoid Eric… Edit There is no point in asking for feedback when the first cut is already way too short… Can he glue my hair back? What alternative measures can he do after cutting my hair way too short? I asked for it to be in between my brows and eyes not above my brows. If the first cut is already above my brows, what can he possibly do to fix the cut? If you do have a solution to this please let me know as I need to fix my hair back.”

“Got my perm done with Zarius and I love love love it so much. Look at the video and you'd be able to see how good the quality is. He's super detailed, caring and knowledgeable! Detailed with the way he handled my hair cut, he knows exactly what I want and what I need. Caring when he's aware of how I might not be able to have my dinner before rushing off work and offered to help me take away together with his dinner. Knowledgeable in how he would actually advise me not to colour my hair after perm as the colouring chemicals would affect the curls - he spent some time after closing to explain to me which I really appreciate. Zarius is also nice enough to extend a token of goodwill which I'm very appreciative of. Ps. I'm very confident in saying he did a REALLY GOOD job with the perm because the perm turned out nice & evenly curled. I did my perm in a certain korean salon in Orchard that cost more than Harts and the perm turned out completely uneven - left side was almost uncurled and right side curled. So please if you are considering other salons and Harts, go with Harts for your own sake.”
