“Went there for scalp appointment at 12 pm and got the shock of my life there was no one was at reception area or the whole shopfront of the salon. The hair consultant later came out from scalp treatment area and told me that whole shop only has her. She was doing another customer and asked me to wait for half an hour. Asked her what happened to the new consultant and she told me already resigned. Not sure why the shop didn’t inform me beforehand about no one can take my appointment at 12. Waited for 40 mins just to do the hair treatment. Initially wanted to buy a package but decided not to as not sure what’s going on in the shop as it seems there was a shortage of staff.”
