“Was recommended by a friend to come here to get a cut and dye my hair last year and I have been coming here to get my hair done ever since. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming, and would offer suggestions if you're unsure of what to get. Michelle is always very kind when attending to customers and would offer me and my boyfriend drinks, like water, when we come for appointments. She makes sure that my hair stays healthy and chooses other alternatives to get my desired hairstyle. Would recommend for y'all if y'all want to try something new :>”

“Showed them both my old photos and similar inspiration photos for reference and they did not get the idea and it was just highlights on dark brown hair but he gave me highlights on light brown and it is really really patchy. One side the highlights just stop halfway across my head. I’ve been trying to convince myself it looks good but now that it’s growing out the problem is only looking more and more stark. I wanted it like my old hair so it can grow out without a distinct bleach line but that plan is now ruined. Not very high skilled although I will give them credit that the overall service was less damaging to my hair than what I’m used to.”

“Had a lovely experience at Eliza Hair Studios today — big thanks to Michelle for taking such great care of me! I came in to colour my hair, mainly to cover my white strands, and honestly had no clue what shade would suit me. But Michelle picked the perfect colour that brightened my look naturally. She was also incredibly attentive — noticing I wasn’t feeling my best, she kindly offered me ginger tea and even topped it up without me asking. Michelle is not only professional but also warm and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with her and felt very comfortable throughout the session. Can’t wait to return for a Keratin treatment next!
