Love coming here as my stylist, Yenni, is great and has good recommendations without overcharging customers. Coming here once a month has been my regular ritual to get my hair into shape or get rid of greying hairs. “Very amazed by the 5 star reviews all over. I came for a root touch up which is $110 for my barely 1 month grown out hair. This is fine cos we we are at Orchard. But they told me after that need to wash and blow is another $38 for normal blow and $55 for my curls blow. Erm, why would hair dye not be accompanied with a wash??? They meant to let customers walk out without washing and blowing the hair after a colour? This is totally not ethical. I have been to many salons in Orchard, this is amazingly ridiculous. And it's definitely a one-time visit for me. Suggest management: If you wanna earn more due to expensive rental, please just add on for stuffs like scalp protector, special shampoo that's colour protect etc. Not on basic fundamentals like a wash and dry after a hair colour. OR weave in the incremental price into the hair colour itself! Note: the hair wash was bad too. A neighborhood person does it better.”
