“Chose this place out of the numerous nail shops in bugis because of the good reviews. Regret my decision. When you’re on L3 of bugis street on the way to this shop, you’ll find that the price at this shop is about $5-15 more per service. That alone is fine if the service is good, but it was not. Quite a number of issues arose during my visit: 1. Hygiene: I did not see them sanitize any of the equipment. They also did not clean the dirty foot basin before asking me to put my feet in. 2. Price: There is a $20 surcharge for chrome, which I find quite unreasonable given most other shops of this caliber cap surcharge at $10 3. Lack of stock: 3 of the polishes I picked had no stock. I had to ask the lady to keep helping me check for other colours which wasted quite a bit of time. 4. Attitude: this is a more minor point but the lady who served me held a sullen expression throughout and did not seem pleased when I asked for her to let me find more colors (see above point as to why this was necessary). Could be due to language barrier so I’m ok to overlook this. However with the other things going on, her attitude just made the overall experience even worse My classic gel pedi turned out ok, though sadly the colour wasn’t my first choice. Until they fix the above problems, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.”

Like an either or... i think they need to be more transparent that this is an optional TOP up or mandatory, if mandatory then why the price for Classic Mani Gel states $29?”
