“TLDR DON’T COME HERE Contemplated whether to write this because the salon was very nice about my bad experience but decided that sharing will help others to decide whether to visit. I’ve come here for a lash lift before and it was great. Since then apparently the tech who did my lashes left so I got a new tech when I visited last Friday. During my treatment I was slightly alarmed at how long the curling solution was left on my eyelashes, as the process was considerably shorter the last time. Decided to trust the tech anyway. Major regrets, my eyelashes were extremely overcurled and looked fried. I reached out to the salon and they offered to fix it, so I went down three days later and spent another hour lying in their studio. Unfortunately, the result was not much better and my eyelashes still look messy and fried… they advised that I use oil based products to soften the lashes and couldn’t do much more about it. I asked for a refund and the salon said no but offered my next lift free of charge. Overall the experience was very disappointing and every time I look at my lashes in the mirror I get very very upset. They press against my eyelids and just look awful. I am posting photos before and after the second rectification appointment. Just be warned if you have long lashes (this is the reason the tech gave me) that the technician might not know how to curl your lashes properly. Edit: in the end they gave me a $20 refund which is not even 30% of what the treatment cost.”
