“I got my oxygen brows done about two weeks ago and specifically asked for dark to match my hair. The therapist clearly has good skills but I'm not sure if she was a bit distracted that day. The manager even upsold me to a facial package with free brow embroidery which I thought was reasonable at the time, so I went for it. But after just one week, the colour turned slightly reddish. I went back to ask yesterday and the therapist blamed my old pigment even though they were the ones who did that previous work too. She told me to come back in two weeks for a touch-up but my package allows up to four months. Honestly, I am not happy with the therapist’s attitude.”
