“TLDR(3 Sept): Lashes looked nice, but didn’t last—even with the LED version. After 1 week, half the extensions on my left eye were gone. 🤦 Update (23 Sept): they made the effort to rectify the problem and the after service is great. Donna did an excellent job the second time. Lashes were fuller n held on longer 👍🏼 Did the signature lash extension and was happy with the initial result. The lash tech, Fang Fang, recommended the LED version for an extra ~$50, then offered a promo top-up of $30 when I hesitated. I was told it would last 6–8 weeks, longer than traditional extensions. But after just 1 week, half the extensions on my left eye had fallen out. It lasted about the same as a traditional application. When I called, they offered a touch-up, but quoted me $59. My original session was $99 (signature lash + LED). You do the math. 🤦 On top of that, I kept getting pushed to purchase another session. If the service is good, customers will come back on their own. There are better salons out there. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk with the LED version.”
