“came here at a friend’s recommendation but was slightly disappointed because my lash tech (not Nina) didn’t get the brief. i wanted something a bit more natural with a mermaid design but she gave me something a bit too dramatic for my liking. lash clusters were too clumpy and overall messy. she already did the whole set so it was a bit too late, however she did try to rectify it by removing some thick clusters and replacing it with thinner ones which i appreciated. she was also very nice about it. this is also one of the most expensive (i did LED glue) set i’ve ever spent on hence the high expectation but unfortunately they didn’t deliver. i would still give them a chance though, but hopefully with Nina the next time as she has all the raving reviews.”
